Store Policies

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We have chosen PayPal as our preferred payment processor. After selecting your prints from our online store you will then be taken to PayPal's secure encrypted webpages to complete the payment transaction. No credit card details are stored on our servers. Payment can be made through the PayPal website using Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. You do not need a PayPal account to make payment. Once your transaction is complete you will be returned to our website where you will be shown a confirmation message that we have successfully received your order. A confirmation email will also be automatically sent to your provided email address.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

If you would like to make a purchase using a Postal Order or Cheque please contact us and we will provide further details and process your order offline.

Return / Refund Policy

Every Print we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with your print, please inform us within seven days of delivery and we will provide details for you to return the item/s. A full refund will be given once the print has been returned back to us. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Delivery / Collection Information

Delivery prices are calculated at checkout on total weight of order. Most prints are produced to order. All Prints are quality checked before being packaged and sent for delivery. Deliveries should normally be made within 7 days of oder.. If there are any delays in the delivery process we will contact you as soon as possible. If you require delivery to be guaranteed within a shorter time frame please contact us as we will do our best to make arrangements with you.

Orders can be collected free of charge from Greystones, Co Wicklow. If you would like to collect your order please select the option on the checkout page. We will contact you when the order is ready to arrange collection.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
